Specially for the participants of the Forum «Open Innovations»: Service for meeting appointment that helps participants to easily and instantly plan their time at the Forum.
How does it work?:
Enter your account and choose «Business meeting». Then make an appointment with the participant you are interested in (you can choose a partner by given criteria).
There are two zones for conducting a meeting at the Forum: Business Networking Platform and presentation zone of the Moscow Government. For your convenience each zone will be equipped with special information desks where you can:
- Get all information needed about the service operation regime,
- Clarify personal schedule of a meeting,
- Book a meeting room right at the Forum (based upon availability).
An approximate meeting duration is 20 minutes.
